This apartment is located on the ground floor in Costa Natura and although it is north west facing it is spacious, light and has a wonderful feel to it. The apartment is similar to a large studio apartment with an open kitchen and terrace doors extending the entire length of the apartment as well as a window next to the bed. The terrace is a double terrace with direct access to the wonderfully lush communal gardens. In summer you have sun all day on this terrace. Due to the orientation however the inside does not get too hot.

This villa is about a seven-minute drive from the town of Estepona and the town of Sabinillas. It is in a popular area known as “Buenas Noches”. The beach is only about 500 metres away and you can walk to the beach by using the footbridge to cross the main road. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free. Two supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, plus two beaches are all within a few minutes walk of the apartment. This makes it an ideal location for those who do not wish to hire a car and have everything on their door step. The beaches of Playa La Rada and Playa del Cristo are also easily accessed from these apartments. Community fees to be confirmed.
This fantastic villa has a most inviting area for sunbathing and barbecues next to the private pool. When entering the garden you go up some rustic steps, which takes you to the main area of the house. You'll find a porch with seating for 4 people and a great views.
